We operate a computerised system for repeat prescriptions. Please leave your request in the box at reception, post it to the Health Centre (with a stamped addressed envelope if you want it sent back to you), or telephone 01963 435701 Monday to Friday between 8.30 a.m. and 12 noon. We can also arrange for your prescription to be sent to the pharmacy of your choice for you. Please allow two working days before collection.

Retain the right-hand side of your prescription for requesting repeats. Patients on long-term medication are advised to consult their doctor at least twice a year and will be reminded when this is due.
